GENERAL
1). Quantiy delivered – Due to the possibility of rejects during personalization runs, we reserve the right to deliver your order quantity +/-10%. The overs or unders will be charged/credited accordingly. Exact quantities can be arranged – with a small surcharge.  

2). Proofing – As part of our order process we supply visual layout drawings for all of our orders. If you require the item ordered printed as you have specified prior to production the we can arrange this (on confirmed orders only) and we can advise the additional costs that will apply.

PRICING
3). Prices shown generally include personalization in one colour and one position. We will be delighted to quote on multicoloured logos and multi position artwork upon request.

4). Prices are generally exclusive of Origination Set-up costs, Carriage and VAT – all of which will be added to your invoice – if you require exact costings please ask us for a pro-forma invoice for your order.

5). All Prices shown on this site are intended to be accurate at the time of publishing but should not be taken as an “offer” – we reserve the right to amend any prices that may have changed or may be incorrect.

PAYMENT
6). All first orders must be paid on a pro-forma basis (in advance). After completion of a first order we will consider your company’s’ account application (on our forms only) please request our account opening forms.

7). Payment on all credit accounts is within 30 days from date of our invoice.  

OWNERSHIP
8). All risk in the goods (but not ownership of) will pass to the Buyer upon delivery. Discrepancies or damages apparent at time of delivery must be noted on carriers receipt note and notified to the Seller in writing within seven days of receipt.

9). Ownership of goods supplied only passes from Cougar Products to the buyer or any other third party upon receipt of full payment as invoiced.

DELIVERY
10). Delivery times quoted or accepted are agreed in good faith. The Seller does not accept responsible for any delivery dates not met and/or any potential consequential losses of late delivery.

11). Delivery of goods to the stipulated delivery address shall constitute delivery to the Buyer.

COMPANY LOGO DISCLAIMER

Many of the products on this web site feature a personalisation to show the potential marking options to our customers. By showing these names, trademarks or logos we are not implying that the product has been supplied to, or is endorsed by, the owners of the same and we apologise if there is any misunderstanding.

It is not our intention to profit by any representation – and we DO NOT supply any items with logos that have not been supplied expressly by our clients for their own orders.
